What is a VPN?

A VPN will ensure that your Internet service provider (ISP), app/addon developers, hackers, site operators, and other organizations can’t monitor and log what you are streaming or downloading.

A VPN encrypts your connection to the Internet and creates an anonymous connection through a masked IP address, which will hide your identity and activity. If your service is blocking you, change their age restriction security settings and use a VPN.

We recommend using a VPN

Add the FREE ProtonVPN to your mobile device.

If you are a Firestick user go to the Appstore on your

Firestick and search for ProtonVPN.

After installing ProtonVPN on your FireStick you will need to add the code that appears on your FStick's ProtonVPN to activate it.

Proton VPN installation instructions are here!

We also recommended Surfshark and Windscribe as one account can be added to Unlimited Devices. Windscribe has a 'no sign up' free trial. The free trial can be slower at peak times. The full version is a much better option with more features. Surfshark have a 30 day money back gaurantee.

Log in to your Broadband Account and look for one of the following settings:

or any age-related content restriction setting.

This needs to be deactivated.

Buffering
Buffering

If Intermittent Buffering starts do the following

1. Update your Apps media contents

Your LiveTV, Movies and Series Streams become stagnant and need to be refreshed.

2. Make sure your Device is fully updated

In the case of the Amazon Firestick they update frequently.

YOU MAY HAVE BUFFERING ISSUES IF YOU DON'T PERFORM THE UPDATE(S).

3. Clear Your Device's Cache

You need to clear the memory every so often it builds up. Cache, cleared issues gone ... You will also have issues with the Guide loading.

4. If you still have buffering issues use a VPN

To help with any screen freezing / buffering a VPN is a good solution. It's also about your devices and their management. ISP’S throttle certain streams at times, this can be overcome by using a VPN. Our service is solid. The vast majority of problems are due to customer’s devices or internet connections. Follow the advice we offer and buffering issues will be minimal.

Clean up your Firestick

Downloads Background Apps & Process List:
